Planned and executed a global fine chemical CMO selection process that found an exclusive synthesis partner to manufacture, at Phase III and commercial scale, a challenging compound for a multinational life science firm; provided process engineering, prepared RFP and technical package, identified and inspected CMOs, and evaluated CMO finalists along economic and qualitative dimensions
